Neil Rees-Davies

Neil was brought up and educated in Wales where he qualified as a teacher. After university he settled in London and taught in mainstream schools before teaching in an assessment and remand before moving into a managerial position to work with youngsters with emotional, behavioural and learning needs.

He then moved to Kent in 1992 to become a deputy of a SEND school for moderate learning difficulties then moving into Headship in 1996 in a residential EBD school. The following 28 years saw a mixture of Headships (6 in all ranging from 6 months to 7 years in length) alongside 8 years of consultancy which has included interim headship/ leadership positions, school improvement, facilitation of ITT, ECT and NPQ and various other activities.

For 4 years he worked in the corporate world which involved delivering training in change management projects in education and with large companies, in the UK and abroad.
