Steph Baiardo

Steph is delighted to have joined the Board of Trustees at KITE College and believes in the work the college does to support and develop the skills of Kent’s young people with special educational needs. She is an experienced SEN Service Manager in a local authority special educational needs service who are responsible for assessing needs and allocating resources for pupils in mainstream and special schools across the ages of 0-25.

She is a representative for her authority at regional and national groups around improving performance for local and national services and is particularly passionate about preparing all children and young people for their future adulthood. As a parent of a Kent child, she knows how important it is to have the right access to learning locally, in order to feel part of their local community and be workplace ready.
