Emma Gray

Emma is a Health and Safety professional with nearly a decade of experience spanning diverse sectors, including facilities management, construction, warehousing & distribution and fire & security.

She brings extensive expertise in Quality Management and is a dedicated advocate for mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. With a strong background in auditing and conducting Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Emma excels in developing, revising, and implementing policies and procedures. She is also adept at managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure operational efficiency and full legislative compliance.

Beyond her professional achievements, she is a mother to three children and has served as a local authority-appointed school governor at two primary schools in Medway.

Emma is passionate about leveraging her knowledge and experience to drive excellence in her professional endeavours and is delighted to have been invited to join KITE College to share these skills.
