Julie Ely

Julie holds a senior role in London special educational needs services where she leads teams responsible for children and young people with Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and arranging the help they receive in special schools, specialist resourced provisions and FE Colleges. Originally from London, she has enjoyed living in Kent for almost a decade. She believes Kite College will have the right resources and expertise to help local young people train for employment and prepare for their adult lives. She was delighted to join the Board of Trustees and be a part of the team supporting the College Principal and all the staff.
