KITE REACH, is a bespoke educational program tailored to meet the needs of young people with significant and complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Designed for learners who struggle to engage in traditional college settings, the REACH Pathway offers a flexible and supportive approach to learning that prioritises individual needs and personal growth.

The REACH Pathway emphasises safeguarding and well-being, focusing on building strong relationships with learners, providing a safe and nurturing approach that fosters trust. It takes a holistic approach that integrates support from a multi-disciplinary team, including tutors, therapists, mentors, and pastoral staff. These professionals collaborate to develop and deliver programs that address not only the academic needs but also the emotional and social development of each learner.

The provision includes personalised educational plans that focus on core subjects, English and Maths, with sessions adapted to suit each learner’s specific learning abilities and goals.
